The journey begins with coffee at our local café. We then head over the bridge and the City drops into the distance. The bulk of the ride is surprisingly verdant given the proximity to the city. There are plenty of scenic routes, punctuated with fun climbs. The workout merits donuts and pastries from one of many shops in town. We return by noon, with time enough to spend with friends and family.
